Our fence top rail pad is simple to install and has a high quality clean look. It consists of wire-cut polyurethane foam with a 5/8” polyethylene inner cross section. It comes complete with an 18 oz. UV vinyl cover that has grommet flaps for fastening with plastic zip tie connectors. The grommet flaps have grommets every 8”. Separate foam and vinyl allows for easy installation as the pieces can be cut on-site. Covers only are also available, upon request. Available in a wide variety of colours.
