Our Process

Apple Athletic Products uses a digital printing process that aims to impress. Add your team mascot, logo or sponsor advertisements to your matting/padding. Durable UV cured ink printed with a state of the art flat deck printer, let’s us print your artwork directly onto our vinyl fabric. Choose from our standard colours (see View Our Colours section).

Our Product

The result is an amazing image that does not peel or tear, like a decal. The finished product has superior durability and adhesion creating a long lasting design.

All graphics are customizable to fit your application and can be produced as large as you desire, within the product dimensions.

What We Need From You to Create Your Design

To be able to create your desired design, we require a high resolution Vector graphic file. Vector graphics are flexible and can be easily scaled up and down without any loss to the quality of the image.

Accepted artwork Vector graphic file formats include:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Adobe Illustrator Encapsulated Post Script (.eps)
Portable Document Format (.pdf)

Notes/Pricing

Even though your file may be in this format, we can not 100% guarantee that it is acceptable for a large clean finished product. We will review every file and additional charges may be quoted if a cleanup is required.
Lettering can be added or created by our team. If the file requires extra cleanup work, an additional charge will be quoted.

Our digital printing pricing is based on a 2’ or 4’ wide panel for wall padding or per stage front pad. Each job is quoted individually. Please send us your artwork and design ideas for pricing.
