✔ Wall Padding:
▪ Wall padding is to extend the entire perimeter of room, from floor to required height (typically 6 to 7 ft.)
▪ Wall pads are to be 2.5” thick with OSB backing and covered with slip and skid resistant vinyl cover
▪ Wall pads are to be permanently fastened to the wall top and bottom with screws
▪ Drywall Installation: Pad to be fastened in studs or with appropriate anchoring system
▪ Concrete Installation: Pad to be fastened using Phillips head Tapcon minimum 1.75” long X 3/16”
✔ Floor Padding:
▪ 1 pc. floor pad to cover the entire floor area (can be made in 2 pc. sections or more, if required)
▪ Floor pads are made of high density cross-linked foam 2” thick and covered with slip and skid resistant vinyl cover
▪ Floors are held in place by being wedged under the wall padding
▪ Floor pads come with an angled transition piece for doorways (reduces tripping hazard)
✔ Door Padding:
▪ Padding for doors includes custom cut-outs for handles and viewing windows
▪ These pads are permanently fastened and designed not to impede safe operation of door
▪ All doors should open outwards
✔ Corner Padding:
▪ All corner frames and window ledges are to be wrapped and padded to provide maximum protection
